BO SANCHEZ LEADS KERYGMA CONFERENCE 2010

BO SANCHEZ, lay evangelist dubbed as Preacher in Blue Jeans, leads Kerygma Conference 2010, to be held at the Philippine Convention Center and Araneta Coliseum on November 26-28, 2010.

Known as the biggest Catholic learning event, Kerygma Conference started out in 2006 as rallies of readers of the inspirational magazine founded by Bro. Bo which he named Kerygma, the Greek word for proclamation of the Gospel.

Produced by Shepherd's Voice Radio and Television, Kerygma Conference is now on its fourth year. People from all walks of life attend the conference. This year's three-day conference includes two days of conferences for various groups. Capping the conference on the third day will be a Holy Mass, lively worship, and powerful talk by Bro Bo.

The last days of 2009 and the start of 2010 were difficult days as the country suffered the Ondoy and Pepeng deluge and the blows of the global economic crisis. Thus, Kerygma Conference 2010 centers on the theme Restoration – to recover not only material losses and rebuild damaged properties, but to restore faith and spiritual healing.

Unlike in past Kerygma Conferences where talks were given before a gathering of people from various walks of life in just one venue, Kerygma Conference 2010 will hold simultaneous conferences in various function rooms of the PICC.

These conferences are: Leadership Restoration: The Secret to Sustainability and Explosive Growth for leaders or those aspiring to be one; Marriage Restoration: The Secret to a Fantastic Family Life, for married couples; Singles Restoration: The Secret to a Blissful Journey, for single men and women; Youth Restoration: The Secret to Level Up Living, for teenagers; Single Parents Restoration: The Secret to Joyful Solo Parenting, for single parents; Happy Celibates Restoration: The Secret to Being Alone But Not Lonely, for those have vowed to stay celibate; Faith Restoration: The Secret to Being a Happy Catholic; and Inner Restoration, The Secret to Healing and Deliverance.

Kerygma Conference 2010 will also be held in Cebu City and Davao City on December 4, 2010.
